1. The roller adopts vanadium and titanium alloy cold hard cast iron, and the surface is hard and wear-resistant. The front and rear rollers are single, and the inner cavity is processed to make the roller surface temperature uniform.

2. The rear roller is cooled with better cooling effect. The front and rear rollers are supported by rolling bearings.

3. The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to protect the main parts from damage due to overload.

4. The machine is equipped with emergency brake. In case of emergency, a safety pull rod is equipped. The machine brakes immediately, safe and reliable.

5. The machine is equipped with a scraper and roll-up device, which can remove the recycled material from the roll.
